The accommodation
The living room contains a large three seater sofa-bed (double bed), and is separated from the kitchen by a bar. There is a dining table to seat four to six, cable TV, DVD, and stereo. Two large sliding doors lead out to the patio and private garden.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge-freezer, hobs and oven, washing machine and dishwasher and ample kitchen and dining equipment for dining at home.
The bedroom, with ensuite bathroom (bath and shower), has a double bed (firm mattress) and wardrobe. A large and effective ceiling fan is fitted over the bed.Doors lead out to the patio.
The garden is west facing - having sun from around midday until sunset. The view is of the neighbouring citrus fruit and olive trees and the adjacent apartment building to the side.
The communal swimming pool (south facing) is for the exclusive use of residents/tenants and is never too busy to enjoy.
The location
The apartment is conveniently situated in a well maintained complex just outside the centre of the small town of St Laurent du Var, ten minutes by car from the centre of Nice.
The nearest beach is five minutes by car, twenty minutes walk and the nearest train station, which is fifteen minutes walk, is on the main line between Nice and Antibes/Juan les Pins.
Supermarkets and shops are within easy walking distance.The main Autoroute(A8) junction is four minutes away.
The property is adjacent to a private road, and therefore very quiet.
