The villa is conveniently located between the bustling town and Fethiye and the lovely Calis Beach area. It has four bedrooms easily catering for 10 people, a large well equipped kitchen as well as inside and outside dining area on large shaded terraces which overlook the gardens and swimming pool. The gardens are well established with palm and fruit trees and various flowers and climbing plants. There is a large weeping willow tree in the front garden.
