Resident local Caretakers & Keyholders
Our local Caretakers will prepared the property prior to your arrival. There is a 40 euro charge for property preparation paid on arrival with exchange of keys. Fresh linen and towels to compliment the length of your stay will also be provided although we do request you provide your own beach towels.Welcome Packs of snacks and drinks on arrival can be pre ordered and paid on arrival. There is an abundance of quality local amenities bars and restaurants approximately 300m distance and are all with very easy walking distance. Villamartin Golf and the Villamartin restaurant/bars plaza are around 10 minutes walk and the Blue Flag beaches at La Zenia and Cabo Roig are only a 5 minute drive away.

The Avienda del Mediterreano AP-7 motorway link to Alicante or Murcia airports is under a mile away. We provide excellent self drive instructions from either airport and our local Caretakers are on hand at the point of arrival to assist you and throughout the duration of your stay.
