A LUXURY VILLA
Villa Razmarine is a brand new luxury detached villa set in large grounds with its own private 30 m2 swimming pool. The villa has stunning views over the valley of Uzumlu. Summer 2006 will be the first full season for this villa, prices are heavily discounted for this first season. In all, there are 4 bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom with a hand-made marble Turkish bath. It also has a large walk-in closet. The villa can sleep 8 people comfortably, but can accomodate a maximum of up to 10 people as there are two fold out couches available. Beside the en-suite, there are 2 additional bathrooms (one on the upper and one on the lower floor). Luxuries include: a fully fitted kitchen with high-end Siemens aplliances; a BBQ; oversize balconies off of all bedrooms and large verandas overlooking the pool and garden; generous living space with very large rooms and extra ceiling height (3 metres) gives a light and airy feeling to the villa; television; dish washer; clothes washer/dryer; custom fittings in all bathrooms. Also there are a variety of fruit and vegetable trees/plants on the premises (olive, pear, melon, grape) which are free for guests to enjoy. There is a full service from the management company, including private drivers to take you to beaches, restaurants etc. Villa Razmarine has a no-smoking policy inside the villa. All prices INCLUDE luxury VIP Air-conditioned Tranfers to and from Dalaman Airport.

THE AREA
Uzumlu is only a few minutes drive from the tourist resorts of Fethiye, Calis, Hisaronu and the sandy beaches of Olu Deniz. Yet it is in a very quiet location, ideal for relaxing by the pool. Our agent can arrange cheap car hire, but this is not a must as you can use the private driver service they run. The agent can also arrange any excursions as well as use of mobile telephone for the duration of your stay. They also have a 24 hour Emergency service.

GETTING THERE
You will be met at the airport by our driver (included in the price of rental!). There is no waiting at the airport as the transfers are private. He will take you directly to the villa where you will be met by a representative from In-Resort, our management company. They will give you full details of the Villa and other services available.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 double 1 twin) It also has 1 double bedroom downstairs. 2 children can also sleep on the sofa beds in the lounge. These are both double in size so are suitable for teenagers.
