The immediate area
This 3 year old 1st floor bungalow is in a quiet area in a small gated community, the lovely pool is directly under the balcony and is only for use of the immediate surrounding properties, which makes it generally very peaceful. It has a large rooftop solarium, great for summer barbecues and includes four sunbeds and an large umbrella. The championship golf course 'La Finca' is within walking distance or a few minutes drive which also has a fantastic bar and restaurant, in the summer of 2006 a new complex is due to be built with bars/restaurants and shops by the same company as villamartin. There is plenty of parking space at the property as a car is essential.

Inside the property
There are two twin bed rooms with plenty of storage space, linen and bath towels are included. There is a burgular alarm for security also window locks and shutters on all the windows, which is great for keeping out the daylight for naps. The small kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge-freezer and anything you may need. The living room has a dining table, sofa, rocking chair and D.V.D./T.V., all the ceiling lights have fans. The spacious balcony is reached through the living room and has patio furniture and a great view of the pool.

area
The village of Algorfa is in 5 minutes drive, there are also numerous other interesting villages and towns within 10-15 minutes drive. Orihuella is a very historical town with plenty of sites of interest. There are large markets in close proximity on different days. Torrevieja with its great promenade, hypermarkets, restaurants and bars is in 15 minutes drive. Guardamar is the same distance and has a fantastic big sandy beach, night markets, restaurants and bars. There is local horseriding and tennis also many different golf courses within a short drive, including villamartin and campoamar. The mountains and salt lakes are in a short drive.
