They are a 5 minute drive away from the centre of marmaris. I purchased this apartment in June 2004. It was appealing to me due to the fact that they`re are only 4 apartments to the block and it is situated in a quiet residential road amongst the friendly local people of marmaris.

Marmaris is a lively town, with many shops, restaurants and daily excursions. although the apartment is in a quiet area for when you want to get away from the excitement. The property is an ideal location for someone who wants the choice of being in the middle of a lively area but can also escape to a peaceful apartment. You can catch a bus within a 5 minute walk from the apartment to the local market on a thursday to stock up on fresh groceries and purchase some bargains, such as bedding, rugs,tablecloths and of course the infamous fake designer goods!
