The Property
Newly built for 2005 our luxury colonial style villa with private pool is set in a large garden with trees on two sides offering some privacy to our guests. The 60 square metre pool enjoys full sunshine all day. The accommodation comprises of 4 double bedrooms with luxury en suites, and single and double sofa beds in the 2 main reception rooms to comfortably sleep up to 12 people if required. The villa is air conditioned throughout and all windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds. .

Outside
Although a car is not necessary there is a private drive at the rear of the property for 2 cars. The garden is fully maintained, lawned with flowering shrubs and retains protected mature olive treesThe large private pool, which has steps and a shallow end, with extensive marble paved surround together with gardens and house balconies, offer varied sunbathing areas. Furnished with padded sun loungers . As the sun goes down the underwater lights illuminating the pool area against the backdrop of mountain scenery and the romantically lit Lycian Tombs, create a beautiful setting for a quiet relaxing evening. The large shaded veranda complete with tables and chairs are perfect for dining alfresco. The attractive covered Turkish Kosk provides perfect shaded seating for outdoor barbeques.
