Accommodation
There are five double/twin rooms and one single - all with ensuite bathrooms. There are views from all rooms over the beautifully manicured countryside. Two of the rooms can take two extra beds and two - one extra bed. Bathrooms are tiled and equipped with hairdryers The bedrooms have mosquito nets and fans in summer. All linen is provided The spacious lounge and dining area has a bar and french doors opening on to the terrace and pool area.

Outside & Local Area
There is ample parking to the rear of the villa. In the garden you will find a variety of olive, fruit and nut trees and plenty of shade for those not wishing to indulge in sunbathing. On the terrace are sunloungers, chairs, tables and gazebos as well as a barbque. The medieval hilltop town of San Ginesio is just 10 minutes away and sits some 2000 feet above sea level - and still has all its walls intact (dating back to the 1400s). It has been designated a place of outstanding interest and called by the national newspaper, La Repubblica as 'Un piccolo borgo delizioso' a delicious little place.
