Facilities
Almond Villa sleeps 9 people, plus cots available on request. It's set in it's own private landscaped gardens with private south facing pool and only two other villas' close by. This ensures privacy in a peaceful setting without being too isolated. Double gates lead to the large driveway accommodating 3 to 4 cars should you wish to make use of hire car facilities, which, can be arranged on your behalf. The villa is only 10 minutes pleasant walk to Uzumlu village centre where you will find a small number of grocery shops for your everyday needs such as fresh bread, milk etc. A complimentary welcome pack will be provided upon your arrival. The Dolmus (bus) runs a regular service to Fethiye from early in the morning to late at night. (See local area section for more information).

Accomodation
Accommodation The ground floor which is fully tiled, open plan and split level consists of :- Storage room, leading to the ground floor cloakroom with WC and hand basin. A spacious fully fitted and equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, full oven and hob, large fridge freezer and a microwave. (Iron and ironing board is included). Formal dining area with ample seating for all guests. Two steps down lead to the very large and comfortable lounge with two separate seating area's including two sofa beds, satellite TV and DVD and CD player. (Don't forget to pack your favourite DVD's and CD's). A traditional Turkish Stone feature fireplace compliments the room for cosy winter nights. Two large sets of patio doors and further windows have stunning views of the valley and mountains. They lead to a large covered terrace for outdoor dining. Garden dining furniture is provided. Enclosing the terrace is an attractive wrought iron railing, adding security for guests with small children. A gate opens on to the landscaped gardens, BBQ area, sun terraces and the inviting 26' X 16.5' swimming pool with pool shower. Internal pool lighting allows you to enjoy swimming on those warm balmy evenings. Eight sun loungers are provided for additional comfort. A solid wood staircase leads to a feature galleried landing overlooking the high ceiling lounge with traditional solid timber beams. This leads to:- Master Bedroom sleeps 2. Has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors leading to balcony. En suite shower room with WC, vanity basin and cupboards. Both floor and walls are fully tiled. Includes shaver point and hairdryer. Bedroom 2 sleeps two. Has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, mirror, chair and patio doors leading to balcony. Bedroom 3 sleeps three. Has one single bed and one King size bed, air conditioning, mirror and fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms have stunning mountains views and ceramic tiled floors. Both the master bedroom and bedroom 2 would take a cot, if required. A large family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and vanity basin with cupboards. Both floor and walls are fully tiled. Includes shaver point, tooth brush charger and hairdryer. All bed linen and towels are provided. Towels will be changed twice weekly and bed linen will be changed on a weekly basis. The villa will be cleaned twice a week. Please note that villa towels are not for beach use. A digital lock safe is provided for our guests use.
