A very special villa...
No.10 Egeria Villas is located in a beautiful complex of architect designed villas. This high quality villa boasts marble floors (wooden floors in bedrooms), 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining and a very spacious living room. All rooms (apart from bed 3) have breathtaking seaviews and there is ample outside space to relax, eat/ drink and simply take in the fantastic vews of Yalikavak bay. As the property is our "home in the sun" it is furnished and equipped to a very high standard not usually found in rental properties. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT BOOKINGS OF MINIMUM TWO WEEKS IN THE PEAK MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST.

Outside
Our villa has a number of outside areas. There is a terrace from the kitchen and living area with dining table/chairs as well as a relaxed seating area leading on to the side garden with BBQ. There is an additional two garden terraces. A first floor balcony is accessible from both bedroom 1 and 2 (Bed 2 also has a terrace to the rear). There is a huge roof top terrace with sunbeds for you to soak up the sun! The small complex is of highest quality and very well cared for, where the owner's privacy is respected. Within the lush gardens there is a communal pool area overlooking the bay with sun loungers, a kitchenette and shaded area.

The Bodrum peninsula
Turkey is well known for its rich history, warm climate, very good food and the hospitality of the Turkish people. The Aegean coast has long been a favourite with tourists and Bodrum and its peninsula is known for being the prettiest and most sophisticated resort on the Turkish coast, popular with wealthy Turks as well as amongst others, the world-wide sailing community. There are three marinas on the Bodrum peninsula-Bodrum, Turgutreis (approx. 10 mins. from Yalikavak) from where regular ferries travel the short 6 km distance to KOS. The third and newest marina is located in Yalikavak, it has amongst others restaurants, shops and amphitheatre. Yalikavak itself is a pretty village with harbour (traditional Turkish gulets can be hired here), numerous restaurants, banks, shops and market. Two new PGA style golf courses are currently under construction between Bodrum airport and Bodrum so Egeria will be the perfect base for those wanting to combine relaxation and golfing activities. The first course is scheduled to be finished early 2007. The main town of Bodrum (with it's castle, museums, amphitheatre, marina. shops etc.) can be reaches by Dolmus (local bus) for a few pence. As the peninsula and surrounding areas provide plenty of opportunity for sightseeing, a car is recommended. We can assist with airport transfers, car hire etc. if required.
