Full Description: SulTan Way Village SulTan Way is situated in Altinkum on the Aegean coast of Turkey, the nearest airport being Bodrum with a 1 hour transfer time and 2 hour transfer time from Izmir International Airport. All apartments on the complex are privately owned. SulTan Way is within a 10 minute walk from the main beach in a residential area and very close to all amenities, shops, bars , restaurants, supermarkets, banks, doctors surgery and bus routes. This complex holds 42 apartments within four blocks comprising of 14 ground floor apartments, 14 first floor apartments and 14 duplex penthouses. There is a communal swimming pool (depth 1 metre 20 centimetre to 1 metre 75 centimetre) and a Children's pool (depth 55 cm). Also there are ornamental gardens, a children's park, pool table, table tennis table and mini market on the complex. Security of the site : Each apartment is fitted with security doors The main entrance to each apartment block has its own locking system . It is a walled complex with one entrance and caretakers will oversee the security of the apartment.. For added safety in the apartment the balconies have been built to 120 cm which is the new safety standard height.

Altinkum
Altinkum translates to golden sands in Turkish, it is therefore no surprise that Altinkum boasts some of the best beaches along the Aegean coast of Turkey, stretching from the small harbour at one end of the bay to a rocky headland at the other, two beaches with over a kilometre of sand. Just 4 km from Altinkum lies the site of the Temple of Apollo at Didyma, the sheer size of the still standing columns is inspiring and a testament to the ingenuity of ancient civilisations. Altinkum read ups all state that this resort is for those who mainly want to crash out, relax and take it easy, a carefree atmosphere but also an established nightlife with over 60 bars and restaurants and 5 discos for enjoyable family nights out, take a stroll along the seafront and check out the shops, bars and restaurants.

Apartment
The lounge is air - conditioned and as a bed settee that will make up the bed for the 5th and 6th persons, there is also a television with sky channels - (only 15 free view channels currently available). A DVD player that plays all formats. Bedroom 1 (first bedroom) has air-conditioning, a double bed, double wardrobes and 2 bedside tables. Bedroom 2 (second bedroom) has two single beds, a single wardrobe and 2 bedside tables The kitchen as a full cooker, full washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils, cutlery and glasses, washing baskets, bread bin 4 chairs are also provided at the breakfast table There is a table and 4 chairs on the terrace to spend those lazy afternoons, there are also 2 sun loungers A travel cot is also provided but please bring your own bedding for the cot. The apartment will be cleaned prior to your stay, bed linen and towels will be washed and changed at the end of your stay.
