3 Bed Family Size Villa With Breathtaking Sea Views...
The villa is a spacious, open plan property which enjoys incredible sea views from all 5 sun terraces. The terraces are split, 3 roof top, 1 rear & the front - which is covered from the sun until around 5pm. The front terrace is actually more like an extension of the living area, it has a large table with 8 arm/cushioned chairs & an in-built chimney barbecue. The villa is 20m from the large 20x10m swimming pool. the pool, although shared is still very private. It sits on an elevated "Plateau" & has the most amazing panoramic views of the sea, nearby islands & mountains. We are in a small, private development of 3 bedroom properties, there are no apartments or flats - it's a residential area not a "Buzzing" holiday complex - the property owners are mainly wealthy Turks who use them as their holiday homes, so frequently the area is very quiet & the pool is empty. The house sits on the "Front Line" - this means no roof tops, terraces or other houses to look over - just fabulous views & sunsets.

Inside The House...
We have 3 bedrooms: 1 Double & 2 twins. The Twins can easily be formed to make double beds if required. Each room has a wardrobe & at least 1 chest of drawers. Downstairs is all open plan: The lounge has a TV/DVD/CD player that takes UK discs. It also has 2 sofa beds that can be made into 2 single beds. The dining room has a large table suitable for 8 or 9 people. The kitchen has everything you need: Oven, grill, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, cutlery, crockery, glasses, iron & ironing board. There are also cleaning materials for those unexpected accidents. We have a "Z" bed for children, meaning the capacity is 9.

Yalikavak & area.....
We are about 7 minutes from Yalikavak, a traditional & protected fishing village. There is a wonderful market held every thursday selling fruit, veg, clothing, linen, towels, gifts & collectables....you name it, it's there - & everything is negotiable! There are around 60 taverna style family restaurants & bars - not a burger king or Irish themed pub to be seen. Very welcoming, this is not a poular tourist destination with hotels & bustling beeches - more about alcoves & sandy shores. There is a brand new marina which has capacity to hold 450 yachts! BODRUM is about 20 minutes away. That has hundreds of bars, market bazaar, castle, harbour etc.There is also a large waterslide park too.

The pool is shared - but is rarely used, as most homes are owned by wealthy Turks as their holiday homes. Its about 20x10m - MASSIVE! it also has a childs pool attached too.
