Welcome to our Casa (the spanish word for house)
The Casa which is over 200 years old is set in a beautiful valley on the outskirts of El. Saltador village and has been extensively but sensitively reburbished to a high standard. The 18 inch walls and olive-beamed ceilings still retains its original character whilst offering modern day comforts making it the perfect setting for young and old to enjoy a holiday in beautiful Andalucia.

The Casa briefly consists of 2 doulble and 1 treble bedroom plus a single bedroom attatched to the Master bedroom, sleeping up to 8 people in comfort. The large bathroom has a bath as well as a Walk in shower. There are 3 Terraces (one under cover) and a private luxury swimming pool with sun loungers and chairs provided. The Casa has all mods cons including washing machine, range cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave etc. English television and a DVD player. A barbecue and utensils are supplied for your use, Charcoal can be purchased in the local supermarkets and garages. The large bathroom has a bath as well as a walk in shower cubicle. All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided although we would request that you bring your own beach towels with you. Throughout the summer the Casa is kept cool by the thickness of the walls whilst in the winter 2 traditional log burners and various other heaters keep the house warm and cozy making it the perfect retreat for all year round.

Plenty for everyone to do in and around the surrouding areas
The coast is a pleasant 25 mins drive away with a choice of secluded coves or more commercial beaches to suit all tastes. The town of Huercal-Overa is a few minutes drive away with a good selection of Bars, Restaurants, Supermarkets and shops. Mondays is market day and an absolute must for bargain hunters of all ages. At one end of the town the colourful stalls display and sell clothing, linens and leather goods at the other end of town merchants sell fresh vegetabes, Salamis and fish, the olive stall is a personal favourite of ours. Another favourite haunt of ours is the village of Nijar famous for its shops selling traditional Spanish ceramics and Rugs. We often take a trip to Nijar mid morning spend a couple of hours browsing round the shops and round the outing off with lunch in one of the many resturants on offer. Analucia is particularly popular in the Autumn and winter months with walkers who can enjoy the beautiful countryside in more comfortable tempretures then those of the summer months. For something different why not try Mini Hollywood. The now redundent Spaghetti Western film sets have been used to create a day out for all the family to enjoy. Throughout the day you can witness shootouts and stuntmen in action a must for the kids and dads alike !
