Apartment Location
This new built (2004) duplex apartment is set in a quiet area of Marmaris. It is situated near all the five star hotels and within a three minute walk of the beach. It has views overlooking the sea and bay of Marmaris and the marina, harbour and beautiful beach of Ichmeler can all be reached within five minutes by Dolmus, which can be caught 100 metres from the apartment. The delightful two Bedroom, two bathroom duplex apartment has been tastefully decorated, is modern and has all the facilities required for a holiday home. The apartment has a large patio area, set in it's own garden with views of the bays. You can spend time relaxing on the patio or by the shared pool by day and chilling in the evening, with a glass of your favourite drink. The apartment is surrounded by local shops where you can obtain all local and international products and has a large supermarket within five minute walk. There is a local weekly market on your doorstep where you can buy fresh locally produced food and haggle for all your holiday gifts. If you don't have time or fancy shopping then the on-site manager will do this for you, for a small tip.

Facilities
The apartment has everything you need for a holiday home, you will feel relaxed the moment you enter. It is air-conditioned throughout and all furniture and facilities are new. The patio and garden area allow you to spend time relaxing in the sun. For the children there is a large on-site pool and a Waterpark opposite to keep them busy. The large double bedroom has a Kingsize bed with ample cupboard, wadrobe and storage space. The bedroom has it's own private balcony, with patio furniture where you can enjoy breakfast with views of the sea. The second bedroom has two single beds with wadrobe and cupboard space. Additional storage and shoe space is provided in the hallway. The second bedroom has a small private balcony overlooking the patio and garden. The two luxury, modern bathrooms each have a large corner bath with shower, w.c, sink unit and vanity area. One also has a washing machine. The new modern kitchen has full gas cooker with oven, kettle, toaster, large fridge freezer, preparation area and cooking facities. If you don't want to cook, then there are excellent restarants and bars within walking distance. The lounge area has two sofa's, one of which can be converted into a double bed. The lounge also has a CD Stereo system to allow you to listen to your favourite music whilst sipping a glass of your favourite drink. The main bedroom has CD alarm clock. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided.

There is 24 hour security and the location of this apartment make it an excellent choice. We fell in love with Marmaris and if you go once, I will guarantee you will want to return again and again.
