The Apartments and Facilities
Maria Apartment is a one-bedroom apartment situated at the Erdemler Sitesi complex and is located in a quiet area of Calis overlooking the bird sanctuary and the sea. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. The main resort area promenade, with its bars and restaurants, is close by and is within strolling distance. However a regular dolmus service passes by less than 2 minutes away and will take you either to the heart of Calis Beach resort or to the main town of Fethiye (15 minutes). The apartment, which is only 18 months old, has been recently decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It benefits from a new shower-room and recently fitted kitchen. The floor has ceramic tiles throughout. All windows have UPVC blinds, which are intended to keep the apartment cool during the day, and also allows for air to circulate whilst the windows are open. There is a large, very private, terrace area to the rear of the apartment, which is complete with furniture for that ‘al fresco' dining experience. The peaceful terrace enjoys views over the river, the bay of Fethiye and nearby Sovalye Island. The bedroom, which is air-conditioned, comprises twin beds, fitted double wardrobe and dressing table. A full range of bed linen is supplied. A hairdryer is provided for convenience. The open plan air-conditioned living room houses the ‘American style' kitchen. The living room is furnished with 2 sofa beds, which can be used as single beds but also open up into doubles. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, small electric oven with grill, fridge, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking equipment and utensils are provided for upto 4 guests. The shower room is newly fitted and tiled and comprises, shower, WC and washbasin. All towels are provided. Additional items provided include Clothes airer Iron and ironing board Tea towels and dish cloths A welcome pack of essentials is provided for all guests on arrival e.g tea, coffee, milk, butter, jam/honey,eggs, wine/beer, water and bread . The apartment is meticulously prepared for guests' arrival and a cleaning and laundry service is provided each week.

Around and About
Calis - a quiet, relaxed resort with an excellent selection of bars and restaurants. The resort boasts a long shingle beach with crystal blue waters and a cooling breeze. Fethiye - the main town of the area with a wide range of shops to suit both the local Turkish population and the tourist market. The town with its beautiful harbour is the centre for boat trips, excursions and transport to many places of interest. The town has a large open-air market which is well worth a visit. Olu Deniz - the world famous beach and lagoon featured in almost all Turkish holiday brochures. The beach is the focus for a range of sports such as paragliding. The resort is a quiet resort where, like Calis, the main activities take place at the beachfront. Hisaronu - a cooler resort due to its setting in the hills above Olu Deniz. Hisaronu is the liveliest resort in the area with plenty of music bars and discos as well as a range of restaurants and shops. Popular with old and young alike.

Getting There
The Maria Apartment complex is a 50 minute drive from the local (Dalaman) airport. Airport transfers can be arranged to collect your party on arrival and return you to the airport on departure. Transfers cost £60 return and include for upto 6 persons. We will be happy to arrange transfers on your behalf. Payment for transfers is direct to the provider on arrival at the complex. Payment in 'Pounds Sterling' is acceptable. If you wish to rent a car, either on arrival or during your stay, we can put you in touch with our recommended supplier. The local dolmus service passes the complex, in both directions, every 10 minutes.
