The Accommodation
Newly renovated and refurbished 5-bedroomed villa with private swimming pool and air conditioning in the fabulous golfing region of Belek. Only half an hour from Antalya airport, the villa is on three floors and consists of 5 bedrooms – three on the first floor and two on the second floor. There is a ground floor toilet, a bathroom/toilet on the first floor and shower room/toilet on the top floor. This villa can comfortably sleep 10 people and there are two sofa beds in the lounge which can accommodate a further 2 people. The kitchen is fully fitted and is equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher and microwave oven. There is a washing machine in the first floor bathroom.

The Area
The property is semi-detached and is situated in a quiet residential street and is suitable for either groups with families or large golfing parties. There is a small supermarket on the corner of the street which is just a 5 minutes walk away. Communal facilities consist of two swimming pools, tennis court and a 6 a side football pitch. The towns of Belek and Kadriye, which provide many fine restaurants and good shopping, are a five minute taxi ride away. A 15 minute walk through the forest will take you to the beach.

Activities
Besides the 6 golf courses in Belek there is an aqua park, a riding school and children's zee, paintballing, quadbiking, and water sports. Belek also makes a very good base for visiting the many historical sites such as Aspendos, Perge, Selge, Side and Korshunla and Manavget Falls. Antalya city itself is well worth a visit.

The tennis court and communal swimming pool are a less than 200 yeards from the villa. The street in which the villa is situated is residential and fiarly quiet with very little traffic. There is a local shop and the forest is just 5 minutes away.
