THE ACCOMMODATION (4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 7)
This is a fantastic brand new development of 15 holiday homes ideally located just over a mile from Killarney Town Centre and just a two minute drive from the famous Lakes of Killarney and Muckross House and Gardens. Situated in the grounds of the Killarney Oaks Inn there is both a bar and restaurant onsite. These superb holiday homes sleep up to seven people in one double bedroom ensuite, two twins and one single bedroom. There is also a guests bathroom downstairs.

FACILITIES and GENERAL INFORMATION
There is an immediate sense of space upon entering these houses as they are very bright and airy. The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished and features a colour TV, video and electric fireplace. The open plan kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including electric cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are also provided. Each cluster of houses has a shared garden area to the rear which is ideal for children to play in or to while away a summer evening. The holiday homes are heated using electric central heating with storage heaters in each room. Bed linen and towels are provided. Private parking is available for each house. ** A Security deposit of €100.00 must be given to the Supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided that the Supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions have been complied with. Cost of repairs to property as a result of negligence will be deducted from security deposit, with an additional charge where this is insufficient
