DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE
Waterville Links Holiday Homes are truly the ideal choice for your holiday- in terms of the style of accommodation and Waterville being the perfect location. Waterville Links Holiday Homes are located just a 3 minute stroll from Waterville Town Centre, Beach and and Golf Links. These brand new houses and bungalows are perched on a site overlooking Waterville and many have beautiful views of the Beach, Golf Links and sea. These beautiful houses which are extremely luxurious and very spacious (1510 sq feet) also feature lovely landscaped gardens - the perfect setting from which to enjoy Waterville and the breathtaking scenery that surrounds it.

THE ACCOMMODATION (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6)
Waterville Links are beautifully furnished and equipped with great attention to detail. These houses offer some of the best self-catering accommodation available in Ireland. Facilities include: - A spacious lounge with open electric fireplace and TV. Open plan kitchen/dining area has a sunny aspect and plenty of space. The Kitchen is fully fitted and stocked with all the modern conveniences such as electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils and crockery are provided. - A large utility room leads off the kitchen featuring washing machine and dryer. - Upstairs a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom with ensuite facilities, one twin room and another double or twin bedroom. Each bedroom has more than adequate storage space. There is a main bathroom upstairs with toilet, hand basin, shower and Bath. - Private parking is provided for each house. - The houses are heated with Electric central heating and there are storage heaters in each room. In addition, all bed linen and towels are provided.

THE LOCALITY AND AMMENITIES
Waterville, situated on the Ring of Kerry is one of the most beautiful towns in the South West of Ireland. It nestles between Lough Currane - famous for its fishing, Ballinskelligs Bay - famous for its beaches, and the shore - famous for its golf links. It has the unique advantage of featuring sea, mountains and lakes in close proximity.The mild climate is aided by the warm waters of the Gulf Stream which enables you to enjoy the Waterville area year round. PLACES OF INTEREST: THE SKELLIG ISLANDS - boat trips run throughout the year to Skellig Michael, which stands in the Atlantic Ocean 12km south-west of Valentia. It is a trip of a lifetime renowned for its scenery, seabird colonies and early Christian monastic architecture. DERRYNANE HOUSE - This is the beautiful ancestral home of Daniel O'Connell. The exhibition incorporates an audio visual presentation and guided tour. VALENTIA OBSERVATORY -this is Ireland's oldest synoptic weather station. Weather observations are made each hour and transmitted to Dublin. Other places of great interest and well worth a visit include Cill Rialaig,The Skellig Experience-Valentia, Staigue Fort Castlecove, The Skellig Ring and The Inland Lake Drive. ACTIVITIES: THE TOWN of Waterville is very colourful and vibrant with a host of excellent restaurants featuring the freshest of seafood, pubs and shops. THE BEACHES - Waterville has a beautiful long sandy strand ideal for swimming. In addition a short drive will bring you to a selection of some of the best beaches in Ireland including Derrynane and Ballinskelligs. GOLF - Waterville is home to the world famous 18 hole links golf course. The late Payne Stewart and his colleagues Mark O'Meara and Tiger Woods discovered Waterville and made it “par for the course” for their European visits.
