The villa consists of 2 semidettached houses, one of them being available for rental. This house provides a living area of 200 m² spread over 3 floors. The separate entrance opens directly into the gardens, with a small balcony and a sitting corner just in front of the house, providing a panoramic view over the mountains. The very low traffic, the large gardens and the surrounding fields are the ideal place for children activities. There are 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. The ground floor provides the possibility of an independent accommodation, ideal for families travelling together. In the ground floor one finds a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small kitchen. In the first floor there is a living room, a dining room, one bedroom and a kitchen.
