DESCRIPTION
Park Court Holiday Homes are situated adjacent to the Quality Hotel and Leisure Centre and are only a short stroll from Killarney Town Centre. Our exclusive development of holiday cottages offers a refreshingly different blend of large luxury houses set in spacious landscaped green areas. The design is simple yet functional creating the perfect holiday setting.

THE ACCOMMODATION (3 bedrooms, sleeps up to 5)
The development consists of twenty four 3-bedroom holiday cottages, which can accommodate up to five people in one Master double bedroom en-suite, a second double bedroom, and one single bedroom with a separate bathroom. One of the houses has an extra double bedroom ensuite downstairs and is fully wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower. Park Court Holiday Homes have been finished to a very high standard and cater for your every need. The open plan kitchen/dining room can accommodate 5 people and the kitchen is fitted with a four ring electric hob, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dryer. The living room is furnished with a beautiful 3-piece suite and TV, DVD player and an electric fire.

The Town itself provides an incredible range of beautiful shops, leisure activities and entertainment that will help you relax and unwind throughout the day and night and a huge selection of restaurants to tempt your taste buds. ONSITE FACILITIES Guests at the holiday homes can enjoy unlimited use of the hotel, leisure facilities and landscaped grounds of the complex. Property extras:
** Please note MINIMUM STAY 7 NIGHTS for July and August. ** Electricity for heating and lighting is an extra charge and is payable to the supervisor before departure. Electricity is based on the individual meter readings (at 15 cent per unit). ** A Security deposit of €100.00 must be given to the Supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided that the Supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions have been complied with. Cost of repairs to property as a result of negligence will be deducted from security deposit, with an additional charge where this is insufficient. ** Bed Linen and Towels are supplied however we recommend that you bring along some extra towels. ** Linen for cots is not supplied.
