The villa is situated on a quiet complex with a communal swimming pool in the Long Beach area of Kusadasi. The villa sleeps 6 people. It has one double bedroom and two twin rooms. There are four balconies, two which are east facing and two are west facing. The ground floor patio area receives sun for most of the day and is equipped with patio furniture. There is a large lounge area which seats 6 people, has a tv, dvd player and cd player. The kitchen diner has all the mod cons and is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, and all cooking/eating utensils needed. The dining table seats 6. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with shower, wc and sink.

On the first floor of the villa there is a second shower room, with wc, and wash basin. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities located within the bathroom. There is a large double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, both with large balconies. All bed linen is provided.

Surrounding area - Long Beach
The villa is on a quiet complex with beautiful gardens and a communal swimming pool. It is five minutes walk from the beautiful long beach, where you will find golden sands, watersports-a-plenty, numerous childrens playparks and many bars and restaurants. There are also mini-markets close by for all your essentials. Ten minutes walk will take you to the nearest waterpark - newly opened in April 2005. There are bus stops close to the villa where you can catch a dolmus (local bus) into the centre of Kusadasi. the trip will cost approx 60p one way and takes about 20 minutes. Once in the centre of Kusadasiyou will find many bars, restaurants and discos. There is a wide range of shopping opportunites from local shops and bazaars to beautiful boutiques and supermarkets. In the centre you will also find the beautiful harbour where many cruise ships dock.
