Description of Area
Uzumlu is a typical Turkish Village set at the foot of the Taurus Mountain range approximately 20 minutes from the town of Fethiye with it's famous Tuesday Market (well worth a visit) and beautiful Marina. There are a few restaurants, cafe's, lace and craft shops within the centre of the Village together with general small stores. Beautiful mountain drives can be taken with spectacular views. Oludeniz with the famous Blue Lagoon and beaches is approximatley 30/40 minutes drive from our Villa, here you can experience Scuba diving, paracending, paragliding, banana boat rides, pedalo's, snorkling, boat trips and much more. Saklikent Gorge which is a wonderful sight in itself offering additional activities such as white water rafting is approximately 1 hrs drive. You can really experience whatever your tastes are on holiday and return to a tranquil setting in the evening.

Accommodation
Villa Kaya has been equiped to a very high standard. It has 1 x ensuite Master Bedroom with balcony (views towards the mountains). 2 x twin bedded bedrooms with balconies and views towards Olive Groves and Mountains. Family bathroom. Ground Floor - Consists of a large lounge/dining room with open fireplace and double doors opening onto a large covered Verandah/seating area with Cane furniture. There is a well equiped Kitchen, utility room and shower room/wc. Outside- there are several sunterrace area's for sunbathing with sunbeds and Turkish style BBQ area. Wrought iron gates with parking area.

Having it's own private swimming pool/BBQ area set within Olive Groves with panoramic views of the The Taurus Mountain range. Within easy reach of local shops within the Village of Uzumlu with a scattering local bars/restaurants to choose from. A car is recommended, although the local Dolmus (minibus) runs to Fethiye at intervals throughout the day.
